Zeekr 8X Launched In Four Variants: 1,380 hp, 2.96s 0–100 km/h & 1,416 km Range

The Zeekr 8X, a plug-in hybrid premium full-size SUV, launched for the Chinese market in four variants. They are Max, Ultra, Ultra+, and Yao Ying, whose prices are 329,800 yuan, 349,800 yuan, 399,800 yuan, and 473,800 yuan, respectively.

Based on Haohan-S 900-volt architecture, a 2.0L turbo petrol engine, and a dual- and tri-motor electric setup featuring an all-wheel drive configuration and single-speed automatic transmission. 

The dimensions in terms of length are 5100 mm, width is 1998 mm, height is 3069 mm, and wheelbase is 3069 mm. The large upright grill, split headlights, and roof-mounted LiDAR give it the styling of a bold SUV.

Features a multiple-screen digital cockpit. The rear seat comes with aviation-style reclining, and it also gets a separate screen for entertainment. For practicality, it features up to 2,200 liters of boot space.

The tri-motor setup generates the power of 1030 kW (≈1380 hp), and its acceleration timing of 0-100 km/h is 2.96 seconds, but the same for the double-motor setup is 3.7 seconds.

Comes with a battery of 70 kWh that supports 6c charging that can charge 20-80% in 9 minutes. The only-electric range is 416 km in the CLTC cycle. The combined range is 1416 km.

Comes with ADAS with LiDAR and multiple sensors, which is powered by dual Nvidia Drive Thor-U chips whose computing power is 1400 TOPS. The Highway Assist and Automated Parking are both notable features.
